Job Description
HighEnd Hospitality and Customer Service Project
Are you ready for an exciting career move We are seeking talented professionals from Eastern Europe to join a team in Saudi Arabia for a highend hospitality and customer service project. General Requirements for All Positions:
- Proficiency in English (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Arabic (preferred)
Positions Available:
Guest Relation Ambassadors
- Maintain a working knowledge in the area of guest accessibility (ADA);
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs (Excel Word Outlook);
- 5 years experience within a major hotel group / hotel management company in the capacity of Guest Services Customer Service or Hotel Front Desk/Concierge Service.
Contact Centre Manager
- CRM and sales force experience;
- Extensive experience in guest services management;
- 8 years of experience in hospitality management with significant supervisory and managerial experience.
Contact Centre Supervisors/Agents
- CRM and sales force experience/familiarity;
- 5 years experience within a major hotel group / hotel management company in the capacity of Guest Services Customer Service or Hotel Front Desk/Concierge Service.
Venue Managers
- Maintain a working knowledge in the area of guest accessibility (ADA);
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs (Excel Word Outlook);
- 10 years experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or events industry.
Venue Supervisors
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends;
- Ability to operate a vehicle and local KSA license (or ability to obtain one);
- 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or events industry.
Sous Chefs/Pastry Chefs
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef/ Executive Chef in a highvolume and French pastry environment;
- Culinary Degree/Certificates for Pastry training;
- Food safety training.
Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Hotel Management or equivalent;
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role;
- Familiarity with pointofsale (POS) systems and financial management;
- Excellent knowledge of Food Legislation Relevant Codes of Practice & Quality Standards and Health & Safety Legislation.
Bar Manager/Sommelier
- Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent;
- Bartender License;
- Food safety training/HACCP Certificate;
- Proven experience in bar management.
Receivers
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Food Safety Training;
- Familiarity with inventory management software barcode scanning systems and Microsoft Office Suite;
- Additional education or training in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
