The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons encouraging scientific curiosity and supporting students in their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and teach comprehensive Science lessons that align with the national curriculum.
• Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student interaction and learning.
• Assess and track student progress offering constructive feedback and personalized support.
• Cultivate a love for science and enhance students analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and collaborate with colleagues.
• Support and lead extracurricular science activities and clubs.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree in Science or a related field.
• Experience teaching Science at the secondary level is advantageous.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Genuine enthusiasm for science and a commitment to student achievement.

Desirable:

• Experience in teaching different science disciplines.
• Ability to organise and lead extracurricular sciencerelated activities.
• Knowledge of innovative teaching strategies and technology.
