We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join our exceptional team.

The Role: We are looking for a dynamic MFL Teacher who can inspire and engage students through highquality language instruction. The successful candidate will be passionate about teaching and learning languages and committed to providing a stimulating educational experience that enhances students language skills and cultural understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective MFL lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm.
• Support and motivate students to achieve their full potential in language acquisition.
• Assess and monitor student progress providing constructive feedback and tailored support.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development and improvement of the MFL curriculum.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in language education.
• Promote cultural awareness and appreciation within the curriculum.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree in Modern Foreign Languages Linguistics or a related subject.
• Experience teaching MFL at secondary level is preferred.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for languages and a commitment to student success.

Desirable:

• Experience in teaching multiple languages.
• Ability to organise and lead extracurricular language activities and events.
• Experience in using technology to enhance language learning.
