Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Avaya Aura Solution Architect/Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing implementing and supporting Avaya Aura solutions with a strong background in telecommunications and related technologies. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements designing scalable solutions and overseeing the implementation and support phases of projects.

Job Summary:

Must Haves
- Extensive experience working with Avaya systems and applications.
- Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols such as SIP H.323 DHCP DNS LAN and WAN technologies.
- Certifications such as ACIS Avaya Aura Core Components ACIS Avaya Aura Communications Applications ACSS Avaya Aura Communications Applications are highly desirable.
- Experience with virtualization platforms and cloud environments is a plus.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
Desired Skills
- Experience with Cisco CUCM and Microsoft Teams integration.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies and contact center solutions.
- Ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
