Job Description:
Lead the development of Android applications using Swift React Native Flutter from concept to deployment.
Architect design and implement scalable and maintainable solutions for mobile platforms.
Collaborate with product managers designers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Mentor and coach junior developers providing guidance on best practices code reviews and technical skills development.
Stay uptodate with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development particularly in the Android and Flutter ecosystems.
Optimize application performance ensuring a smooth and responsive user experience across various devices and screen sizes.
Troubleshoot and debug issues identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate mobile applications with serverside systems and APIs.
Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes including sprint planning standups and retrospectives.
Continuously strive for improvement suggesting new ideas tools and methodologies to enhance the development process and product quality.
