Job Description

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Rillion you will be the driving force behind our growth strategy. Youll be on the front lines identifying and engaging potential customers and cultivating relationships that lead to lasting partnerships. Your skills for communication strategic thinking and resilience will play a pivotal role in shaping our success.

What you will do:

  • Conduct targeted outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential customers within the Swedish market
  • Initiate conversations through personalized emails calls and social media interactions to create interest and curiosity
  • Qualify leads and gather valuable insights to understand their pain points needs and objectives
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and seamlessly transition leads into the sales funnel
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of interactions and progress using our CRM system
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends competitors and our product offerings to effectively articulate value propositions
  • Bring your experience creative thinking and strategies to advance our companys values culture and vision for the future

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in a BDR sales or customerfacing role within a SaaS or tech company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex concepts concisely.
  • High level of initiative adaptability and problemsolving skills.
  • Techsavvy with the ability to learn and effectively communicate the technical aspects of our solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Goaloriented mindset with the drive to exceed targets and contribute to the companys growth.
  • A plus but not required: Business background from school
  • A plus but not required: Experience working with purchase to pay process
