Salary: $29/hour (OT after 40 hours)
Shift: 4:30 pm 3:00 am

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Welding Supervisor to join our team! As a Welding Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing a team of welders to ensure highquality products are produced efficiently and ontime. If you have a strong background in welding supervision and are looking for a new challenge we want to hear from you!

Requirements:

• Must be able to read in both metric and imperial systems
• Must be able to read structural drawings
• 5 years' experience in supervising welding staff
• CWB certified for 3mm above flat/horizontal carbon steel FCAW/MCAW

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned manufacturing team members to ensure product quality efficient work habits and ontime completion of work orders
• Identify recommend and implement changes to improve productivity and quality reduce cost decrease scrap and product rework
• Hire train develop and evaluate staff setting performance standards
• Weld steel beams to create structures for building construction projects that will be transported to other locations
