The ideal candidate must possess experience in trademark law focusing on prosecution and enforcement matters. Responsibilities include management of clearance prosecution maintenance and enforcement of Indian and foreign trademark portfolios client counseling and developing and implementing intellectual property protection policies. The candidate must demonstrate a robust understanding of trademark and copyright laws exemplary research and writing skills and the capacity to effectively manage multiple tasks.
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in prosecution and enforcement
- Knowledge of Indian Trademark laws & regulations including updated familiarity with case law;
- Experience in drafting of Notices of Opposition Counterstatements Evidence affidavits cease and desist letters preparing responses to office actions;
- Prior experience in appearing before the Trade Marks Registry and other judicial forums;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
- Detailoriented and highly organized.
