To excel in this role we require the following qualifications and qualities:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX / UI Designer.
• Experience in designing UI and UX design.
• Experience in user research usability testing and translating insights into design solutions.
• Experience with running design workshops (e.g. Design sprints Design thinking).
• Knowledge of UX & UI principles and patterns.
• You can create user flows journey maps as well as prototypes and final UI.
• Efficiency in using Figma.
• Portfolio confirming your skills.
• Very good command of spoken and written English.

Requirements

• Youre familiar with HTML/CSS and frontend limitations
• Experience in designing products for SaaS / MarTech companies
• You have experience in working with design systems and/or style guides
