About VIVERE

Founded in 2018 VIVERE is transforming the fastmoving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. Using AI to power our Platform model we efficiently create and manage nextgeneration brands. Our integrated model combines marketing design R&D production supply chain management sales and technology. We have successfully launched 10 brands and 150 products in markets such as beauty health wellness pet care and home & garden. We sell through Amazon directtoconsumer (DtC) channels and retail. We codevelop brands with creators and communities such as Zumba and help other brands develop highquality products through our B2B services. We are a team of 60 consumer experts based in Hamburg where our production facility is also located. VIVERE is becoming a key player in Europe the United States and the Middle East.

Tasks

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations including Planning Procurement Production and SCM.
• Provide proactive problemsolving support for operational issues.
• Optimize operations processes and maximize efficiency using technology.
• Performance management of operations by optimizing unit costs quality and time KPIs.
• Develop and lead the Operations team consisting of 5 direct reports and 30 employees.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to ensure optimal product supply and quality.
• Oversee internal operations to enable the CEO to focus more on external stakeholders.

Requirements

Your Profile:

• Masters degree in engineering or related fields with strong academic performance.
• 57 years of experience in leading and managing consumer operations.
• Proven experience in fastpaced environments and ecommerce operations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize processes and technology.
• Demonstrated capability in building and managing highperforming operational teams.
• Strategic thinker with a problemsolving mindset and full ownership of challenges.
• Ability to actively contribute to VIVEREs leadership and culture shaping.
