Daily Responsibilities
- Actively support driving the business to achieve its mission
- Participate in companywide training sessions for ongoing upskilling and professional development.
- Immerse yourself in our awardwinning Personal Development materials become a product of the product and be an advocate for self growth
- Build and mentor your team
- Conduct interviews with qualified candidates and maintain ongoing contact with them
- Marketing placements with full training
- Provide ongoing leadership to your team lead by example.
Qualifications
- Exhibit a professional demeanour with integrity and a strong personal presence
- Work autonomously and approach challenges with a solutionfocused mindset
- Possess an entrepreneurial spirit
- Embrace a growth mindset and maintain a curious outlook
- Bring 5 years of general work experience
- Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
