- Manage the Chairman's calendar and requirements
- Handle Adhoc assignments, initiate follow-up to execute agreed actions from meetings
- Track all deliverables to ensure deadlines are met and outstandings updates addressed timely.
- Circulates progress reports, pending tasks, presentation updates as required for close follow up.
- Assists with accounting tasks and reporting
- Provide analysis of report and adhoc check to ensure accuracy of reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field mandatory
- Strong project management skills, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Preferably experienced with in virtual tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, Asana).
