Job Description
- Lead and manage the comprehensive performance review of existing retail and corporate products
- Development of retail and corporate finance products from concept to launch, ensuring they meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget, and ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for new product development in the retail and corporate finance sectors.
- Define product features, specifications, and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demands, and strategic goals.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations and internal policies.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
