Early Years Teacher Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood • Ideally, 2 years teaching experience although STRONG NQT's can be considered • Western-trained • Have an EXCELLENT command of written and spoken English • Being able to speak Arabic is beneficial to you • Up to date with modern pedagogy • Able to use technology in the classroom • Have a good understanding of the Arabic culture and way of life Staff at this school come from various backgrounds although everyone has a centered approach to raising the student's performance in a peaceful atmosphere.
