Responsibilities:
Receive and manage escalations from customerfacing colleagues under strict regulations.
Dedicate time to resolving complex issues related to the fulfillment of online orders.
Ensure swift and fast resolution of problems occurring during the lifetime of a web purchase.
Work to remove customers from the loop for complex issues to achieve quick satisfaction.
Perform investigations that lead to decisions impacting relations with customers and partners.
Conduct phone and email outreach to relay issue resolutions.
Requirements:
Fluent in Dutch (min C1)
English (B2);
Ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadline pressure.
Very good accuracy and attention to detail understanding that small details can make the biggest difference.
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
What we offer
Salary 1298 gross month
Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer
Initial contract with a duration of 12 months permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal)
Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance)
