Sales Officer

• Sell clients project to corporate deals and individual customers through various channels including phone email and inperson meetings.
  
• Responsible for clients project activation from submission to collecting required documents & channeling to Credit Underwriting Team.
  
• Provide customer with all product features during the onboarding process.
  
• Conduct diversified market scan to understand clients project proposition within the market (Strengths & Weakness points) to be able to convince the customer during the selling process.
  
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities customer feedback and market trends.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales targets.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Sales Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
  
• Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Sales Officer or a similar position in the Sales department.
  
• Complete knowledge of various sales techniques and developments in the sales industry.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Good time management and organizational skills.
  
• Highly motivated and detailoriented individual.
  
• Ability to offer excellent customer service.
