Your role will be to manage an existing BtoB client portfolio via phone and email. Creating quotes followups sales tracking and managing postorder disputes. Incoming calls (80%) Outgoing calls (20%)

Requirements
Native or fluent in German
English B2 level
Sales acumen
Good communication skills
