Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dutch Speaking Customer Advisor to provide exemplary customer service and support to our valued clients. This role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction understanding our product offerings and addressing technical issues efficiently. Your expertise will be instrumental in achieving our business objectives and enhancing our market presence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Deliver outstanding customer service to Dutchspeaking clients through phone email and live chat. Address and resolve customer inquiries concerns and technical issues swiftly and professionally ensuring a positive customer experience.

Technical Assistance: Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our products and services. Collaborate with technical support teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems. Stay informed about the latest product features updates and industry trends to provide accurate and timely information to customers.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. Gather and document customer feedback to help improve our products and services. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and their expectations met.

Administrative Tasks: Accurately log and document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Prepare and provide regular reports on customer support activities and outcomes. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken). Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).

Experience: Previous experience in customer service technical support or a related field is highly desirable. Familiarity with technology products and services is a plus.

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment. High attention to detail and organizational skills.
