Physical Therapist needed in AZ

Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has openings for a Physical Therapist(PT). We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Globe AZ 85501

Assignment Start Date: 7/10/2024

13 weeks Days 8Hour shift 40 Hours Per week guaranteed

We need a Physical Therapist who can help with both inpatient and outpatient therapy sessions.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of outpatientinpatient experience preference

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• An active unrestricted Physical Therapist license from any U.S. State or Territory
• BLS/BCLS is required

EMR System: Knowledge/experience preferred

Shift: MF Day; floating position to assist at a satellite clinic in Sanders Arizona when needed

Vaccination Requirement: ***FLU VACCINE: Is required NO exceptions

Radius Mile: ***100 MILE RADIUS RULE* We will not accept a traveler who has a perm address within 100 miles of our hospital.

** RTO: No more than 3 days may be requested per 13week contract

** Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13week assignment and guaranteed hours will not apply
