Physical Therapist Assistant

Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has openings for a Physical Therapy Assistant(PTA). We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Fort Defiance AZ 86504

Assignment Start Date: 7/29/2024

13 weeks Days 8Hour shift 40 hours per week guaranteed

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• At least 2 years of acute hospital inpatient/outpatient is required

Education:

• Associate of Occupational/Applied Science Degree from a Physical Therapist Assistant School accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
• Successfully passed the Physical Therapist Assistant board exam administered by the Federation of State Board of Physical Therapy.
• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist Assistant State License.

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapy Assistant State License.
• BLS/BCLS is required

EMR System: RPMS knowledge/experience preferred

Shift: MondayFriday; 8a5p; Floating to assist at satellite clinic when needed

* Travelers are occasionally expected to float to other departments in which they are qualified to work. This could include taking a patient load if experienced/competent in that setting or could be taskoriented such as answering call lights phones etc

* Charge Rates: travelers may be asked to work charge no additional charge pay

* Orientation: on Mondays only If your traveler misses the compliance deadline they will pushed to the following Monday
