Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers clients or internal users.
  

• Document and track the progress and resolution of technical issues using ticketing systems databases or spreadsheets.
  

• Escalate complex issues to senior MTS engineers developers or managers as needed.
  

• Test install configure upgrade and maintain software hardware or network systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  

• Provide training or guidance to customers on how to use or optimize software hardware or network systems.
  

• Collaborate with other MTS to improve technical support processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  

• Design develop and implement innovative cyber security solutions in line with InstaSafe s mission to simplify and enhance security.
  

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirement gathering design coding testing and deployment.
  

• Develop high quality code with an emphasis on security performance and scalability.
  

• Identify and resolve complex technical issues and provide solutions to enhance system performance and security.
  

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes tools and methodologies.
  

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cyber security and cloud technologies to drive innovation within the team.
  

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical skills:

• Knowledge of software hardware or network systems relevant to cyber security.
  

• Candidate must be comfortable to work across the departments of the Organization
  

• Candidates must be Proactive Adaptive Polyglot and have the willingness to learn.
  

• Proficiency in troubleshooting testing installing configuring and maintaining software hardware or network systems.
  

• Familiarity with ticketing systems databases or spreadsheets for documenting and tracking technical issues.
  

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java Python C or similar and familiarity with frameworks or platforms for debugging or modifying software.
  

• Understanding of cloud technologies and architectures including AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
  

• Experience with security protocols encryption authentication and access control mechanisms.
  

• Familiarity with Zero Trust Security principles and implementation.
  

Soft skills:

• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers in a clear and professional manner.
  

• Strong problem solving skills for analyzing and resolving technical issues.
  

• Critical thinking skills for identifying and applying the best technical solutions.
  

• Teamwork skills for collaborating with other MTS.
  

• Learning skills for keeping up with new technologies and advancements in cyber security.
  

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related field.
  

• At least one year of experience in providing technical support or working with software hardware or network systems.
  

• Certification or accreditation in software hardware or network systems relevant to the cyber security industry is a plus.
  

• Proven experience in software development preferably in the cyber security domain.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microservices architecture and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  

• Prior experience with agile development methodologies.
