Reservation Officer

Education: Bachelor's degree in hotel management, business administration, or related field. A graduate degree in hotel management may be beneficial.

Language Skills: Proficiency in the local language. Proficiency in English may be required to deal with native speaking clients and understand language documents.

Technical skills: Experience in managing reservations and hotel management systems, ability to use electronic reservation programs and hotel management systems.

Organizational skills: The ability to manage time and resources effectively, organize reservations well, manage distribution, and deal with guests and meet their needs.
