Language Skills: Proficiency in the local language. Proficiency in English may be required to deal with native speaking clients and understand language documents.

Technical Skills: Extensive sales experience, including developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, market analysis and performance evaluation.

Leadership skills: Strong leadership abilities and ability to motivate a team, ability to make strategic decisions, and deal with problems effectively.

Organizational skills: The ability to manage time and resources effectively, organize well marketing activities and initiatives, and develop and implement sales plans.
