Job Description
Education: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, public health, environment, or related field. A high school diploma may be acceptable if you have sufficient experience in the field.
Language Skills: Proficiency in the local language, and a basic understanding of English may be required to understand instructions and communicate.
Personal skills: ability to communicate effectively with the team and employees, leadership and direction skills, ability to plan and organize.
Organizational skills: Ability to implement and follow safety and hygiene procedures, good organization of schedules and resources, ability to make recommendations to improve operations.
