Job Description
Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, organizational psychology, or related field. A Master's in Human Resource Management or Business Administration may be beneficial in some cases.
Language skills: Proficiency in the local language, and proficiency in English may be required to understand reports and international communication if necessary.
Technical Skills: Extensive experience in human resources management, including recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, occupational health and safety, and labor relations management.
Leadership skills: effective leadership and team management abilities, ability to direct and implement strategies in the field of human resources, communication abilities and building positive relationships with teams and individuals.
