Job Description
Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. A high school diploma may be acceptable with appropriate experience.
Language Skills: Proficiency in the local language, and proficiency in English may be required to communicate with native-speaking customers and colleagues.
Personal skills: effective leadership and ability to motivate, communication skills and dealing with the public, the ability to deal with difficult situations and solve problems.
Organizational skills: Ability to manage time and resources effectively, well organize hospitality activities and events, ability to plan and implement hospitality programmes.
