Performs daily administration on all operational aspects related to vehicle fleet and orders, including but not limited to processing and validations of orders, accounts, configurations, invoicing, trade ins and preparing reports
Ensures compliance to all company and regulatory policies related to the order management process
Manages communication and responds to order-related requests from Sales, Delivery, Service and other departments throughout the organization
Keeps accurate records and information, ensuring data integrity in CRM and other internal systems that support sales and delivery, production and financial management
Coordinates with IT, Finance and the field teams to ensure orders and data are accurately captured in all downstream systems. Resolves any issues involving data, invoicing and pricing as needed
