Learning and Development Facilitator

Learning Program Development

• Assist in creating and rolling out innovative learning and development programs.
  
• Work with subject matter experts to gather content and insights for training materials.
  
• Help design engaging and interactive learning modules and materials.
  

Training Administration

• Organize and coordinate training sessions workshops and webinars.
  
• Manage the L&D calendar and schedule training sessions.
  
• Support the administration of learning management systems and track participants progress and feedback accurately.
  

Evaluation and Reporting

• Help evaluate training programs to assess their effectiveness and impact.
  
• Collect and analyze feedback from program participants to identify areas for improvement.
  
• Prepare reports on training activities participation rates and other relevant metrics.
  

Research and Development

• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in educational technology and learning methodologies.
  
• Participate in research initiatives to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our programs.
  
• Bring your ideas for innovative learning solutions that align with our vision and values.
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in a training or teaching role either formal or informal.
  
• Experience with content creation tools and learning management systems (Moodle H5P Blackboard etc.).
  
• A passion for transforming youth careers.
  
• Strong interest in learning and development educational technology or related fields.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  
• Familiarity with elearning platforms and digital learning tools.
  
• Basic understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles.
