Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager specialized in CRM implementation to join a courageteam. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in project management particularly in CRM software implementation and a deep understanding of the tool. This role is key to ensuring that our clients receive effective and efficient solutions to their CRM needs.

Responsibilities

• Project Management:
  • Oversee and coordinate the CRM implementation projects.
  • Develop project plans timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time within scope and within budget.
• Client Consultation:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on CRM best practices and capabilities.
  • Understand client requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams including developers analysts and stakeholders leading a team of more than 10 consultants.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across all project participants.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure the CRM solutions meet client expectations and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular reviews and testing to maintain highquality deliverables.

Skills and Competencies

• Education:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on CRM implementations.
  • Proven experience in implementation projects is highly preferred.
• Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong understanding of CRM platform and its capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
