Job Description
General Ledger Accountant
Los Angeles CA $70000$85000/year FullTime Onsite Manufacturing
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting new opportunity with a growing manufacturing firm looking to hire a fulltime GL Staff Accountant to provide support for the accounting department of the company in a handson capacity.
This position is entirely onsite – local applicants only.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting new opportunity with a growing manufacturing firm looking to hire a fulltime GL Staff Accountant to provide support for the accounting department of the company in a handson capacity.
This position is entirely onsite – local applicants only.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Assist with the monthend closing process as needed
- Prepare journal entries and assist with internal and external audit preparations
- Accurately maintain and update the company’s financial records
- Reconcile balance sheet bank statements and accounts for accurate reporting a GL maintenance
- Maintain general ledger accounts
- Other duties as needed
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
- 3 years of experience in accounting or related field
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and strong organizational skills
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics software preferred
- General Ledger accounting experience required
- Prior experience working in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Experience using Excel (entry to midlevel)
