Position: Senior Legal Counsel

Tasks

• Provide legal advice on a broad range of commercial and corporate matters
• Draft review and negotiate complex contracts and agreements ensuring aligned with the companys objectives
• Manage legal inquiries from various business units providing comprehensive legal guidance and support on a wide range of issues
• Advise on competition law matters including antitrust issues compliance with competition regulations and managing related disputes

Requirements

• Fluency in English and German
• Completed legal degree (MLaw) bar admission is a plus
• Min. 8 years inhouse and law firm commercial and corporate legal experience
