Job Description
Education: Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, business administration, or related field. A master's degree in education or human resource management may be beneficial.
Language skills: Proficiency in the local language, and proficiency in English may be required to understand educational materials and communicate internationally.
Technical skills: Experience in developing and implementing training and development programs, deep understanding of learning curricula and teaching methods, use of educational technologies and digital platforms.
Organizational skills: Ability to organize and manage training programs, strategically plan for employees' educational needs, and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs.
