Job Description

Position Title: Call Center Agent
Department: Customer Service
Location: Miami FL
Reports To: Call Center Supervisor/Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customeroriented Call Center Agent to join our dynamic customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls addressing customer inquiries resolving issues and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills problemsolving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls: Answer incoming calls from customers and make outbound calls as necessary to follow up on customer inquiries and issues.
  • Customer Support: Provide accurate information regarding products services and policies to customers.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify customer needs and resolve issues effectively and efficiently ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • FollowUp: Conduct followup calls to ensure customer issues are resolved and to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer service processes.
  • Stay Informed: Keep uptodate with company products services and promotions to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
  • Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures including confidentiality and data protection standards.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • ProblemSolving: Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage time effectively.
  • Customer Focus: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
