Firma de consultoría con más de 35 años ayudando a inversionistas extranjeros en la industria manufacturera solicita:
Líder de Recursos Humanos
Requisitos:
- Carrera Administración Derecho Psicología Comunicación
- Ingles IntermedioAvanzado (Que pueda hablarlo)
- Experiencia 35 años en adelante en RH
Responsabilidades:
- TRATO CON DELEGADOS SINDICALES
- REPORTES DE INDICADORES SEMANALES
- ATENCIÓN Y SEGUIMIENTO A TEMAS VARIOS CON GERENTE DE PLANTA
- ACTIVIDADES DE ENAGEMENT EN PLANTA
- ATENCIÓN Y COMUNICACIÓN DE LA EXISTENCIA DE DEMANDAS LABORALES
- SUPERVISAR LAS ACTIVIDADES DE NOMINA SERVICIOS GENERALES RECLUTAMIENTO Y SELECCIÓN
- VIGILAR EL CUMPLIMIENTO DEL REGLAMENTO INTERIOR DE TRABAJO
Conocimientos y Habilidades:
- Trato con Sindicatos
- Aplicación de actas admtvas
- Reportes de indicadores RH
- Actividades engagement
- Supervisar gente a su cargo
