Job Description
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and driving project success.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks, implementing effective mitigation plans to minimize impact.
- Monitor project progress, identify and address roadblocks, and ensure projects stay on track for on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Translate technical requirements into clear and actionable steps for development teams.
- Provide ongoing communication to clients, informing them of project progress, potential issues, and key decisions.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards established by the company and the client.
