You will be updated with latest job alerts via email Take the responsibility of regional leads generations management and systematic operations as well as regional pipeline management and support regional leaders to identify the sales gap and come up with recovery plan
Assist with strategic account planning process and data analysis
Manage the weekly sales reporting planning and operational tasks
Support internal programs to drive revenue growth
Assist sales policy processes and cadence and ensure sales process adoption and compliance by the regional sales teams
Implement new technologies and tools as needed to support sales teams
Identify opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency
Serve as a liaison between regional sales teams and HQ sales management
Bachelor Degree in Commerce Finance Business Administration or related field
Around 46 years experience in business operations or sales management. Relevant experience gained from an international or startup environment with technology background
Analytical strong organizational skills and with sound commercial acumen
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word) SQL skill is preferred
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Openminded positive working attitude able to multitask
Independent proactive and taking ownership and accountability for assignments
Able to work with minimum supervision and meet deadlines
Strong English and Mandarin verbal and written communication skills experienced working crossfunctionally in a global culturally diverse team
