Job Description
One of our lovely returning families is looking for a new wonderful nanny. This is a live in or live out position. For live in they offer own top floor bedroom and ensuite bathroom.
We have known this family for years and they are very good employers. A really lovely family to suit a very nice nanny :
"I am mum to X a v happy princessobsessed five year old and X a goodnatured little girl born in March 2023. I am looking for a nanny to care for X and X from 21 August 2024.
Our preference is for German speakers as we are raising our daughters bilingual in German and English. My husband is halfAustrian and fluent in German. But we can be flexible on this for the right candidate so we welcome applications from English speakers too!
We are based in East Sheen next to Richmond upon Thames and I work from home typically three days a week but my home office is separate to the kitchen girls rooms playroom and large garden.
We are happy to consider livein or liveout nannies for this role. A livein nanny would have their large room taking up their own floor of the house with an ensuite bathroom.
The job would be around 3035 hours a week (inc occasional babysitting) over three days a week. The role would require dropping off our eldest daughter at school and picking her up looking after our youngest during school hours and looking after our youngest and eldest after school until bedtime.
My husband and I may occasionally have to travel for work or attend work events in the evening so the job would require some occasional babysitting (with prior agreement of course).
The house is a five bedroom house in East Sheen. There is a playroom for the girls a big play space in our kitchen and a large garden with a separate climbing frame for the girls to enjoy. The local area has lots of playgrounds parks and playgroups within walking distance or a short bus journey away.
Requirements
Completely fluent English or German speaking nanny
Had considerable experience of sole charge experience of 2 young children (one being a baby)
Up to date Enhanced DBS (we can help you apply)
Recent Paediatric First Aid certificate
Right to work in UK
Good references for recent and relevant nanny work and jobs that have each lasted a good length of time.
Able to run after young children
Be available long term
Good English
Please note this is a strictly Non smoking position.
