Job Description
Position Automation Engineer
Company Kasa Anlagen
Location Chennai Sriperumbudur
Description
- Receives control philosophy IO list and P&ID diagram from Automation Manager and start developing PLC logic and SCADA screens.
- Support design department for Configuration and IO list preparation / allocation.
- Interact with Execution team and decide deadline for completion of project.
- Coordinate with End user and do Hardware FAT and Software FAT.
- Coordinate with End user to close punch points if any.
- Utilize trainees for developing machine level projects.
- Site commissioning for Machine level project.
- Attend local services related to PLC coordinate with end user and solve it. End of the day prepare service report and get signed. Share same to accounts department for billing.
- Attend customer calls and will try to convert it to service order / Projects
- Store SFAT backup and final site backup in automation hard disk.
- Support & Train junior from time to time
- maintain relation with customer & look for AMC/ Spares / Service Order.
- To send daily reports to the reporting manager
- To do all other work given by the management from time to time
BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering Experience in PLC, Switchgear, MCC, PCC, VFD,Automation
