Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Overall 10+years with 7 to 8 plus years of Project Delivery/Management in Banking domain.
- Experience in CBUAE payments systems. Experience in NPSS project is good to have.
- Certification Requirement: PMP, Prince-2 , Scrum Agile.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Excellent project management skills, with a certification in PMP or similar being advantageous.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements relevant to the exchange house industry.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
