We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Sales and Customer Experience Specialist to join our sales team. As a SCEP you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities selling our server hosting products and services to customers from various countries and industries and providing exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify prospects through inbound leads and outbound sales efforts to generate new business opportunities
- Sell company products and services to customers providing tailored solutions to meet their needs
- Conduct presentations demonstrations and meetings to showcase our products and services
- Negotiate with leads to overcome objections and close deals that benefit both the company and the customer
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers
- Participate in sales meetings with managers and other sales representatives
- Follow up on previous sales deals to track progress and identify new opportunities
- Utilize HubSpot CRM to record documents notes and sales activities according to the sales process
Requirements
- 2 years of sales experience
- Prior experience with HubSpot CRM is preferred
- Telesales background is preferred
- Sales experience in hosting services infrastructure as a service (IaaS) IT solutions or software solutions is preferred
- Technical knowledge of servers web hosting and bare metal infrastructure is preferred
- Excellent customer handling skills
- Flexible with different countries time zones
- Excellent presentation and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Excellent command of oral and written English language skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced resultsoriented environment
- Problemsolving skills
