Job Description

Position Overview: As a Remote FrenchSpeaking Customer Advisor you will be pivotal in delivering outstanding customer service and technical support to our Frenchspeaking clientele. This position is remote requiring residency in Greece. For international candidates we offer an attractive relocation package including flight tickets to Athens and temporary accommodation support upon arrival.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Frenchspeaking customers handling inquiries via phone email and live chat.
  • Resolve customer issues related to our technology products or services promptly and professionally.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure swift resolution of customer concerns.
  • Educate customers on product features functionality and best practices.
  • Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to address and resolve complex customer issues effectively.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French with nativelevel proficiency.
  • Proficient in English at a B2 level or higher.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strong customercentric approach.
  • Capability to work independently while fostering positive team dynamics.
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Comfortable using various technology platforms and tools.
