Job Description

Position Overview: As a Remote FrenchSpeaking Customer Advisor you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our Frenchspeaking client base. This role is remote and requires residency in Greece. For candidates relocating from abroad we provide a comprehensive relocation package including flight tickets to Athens and temporary accommodation.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for Frenchspeaking customers managing inquiries via phone email and live chat.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally related to our technology products and services.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
  • Educate customers on product features functionality and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams to address complex customer issues.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French with nativelevel proficiency.
  • Proficient in English at a B2 level or higher.
  • Strong communication skills and a customerfocused approach.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team dynamics.
  • Prior experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Comfortable with various technology platforms and tools.
