Job Summary:
The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems hardware and software. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving IT issues managing service requests and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and secondlevel support to endusers for hardware software and network issues
- Respond to service requests and incidents in a timely and efficient manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues escalating complex problems to senior IT staff as needed
- Install configure and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of user accounts permissions and access rights
- Document support activities solutions and ongoing issues
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security
- Provide training and guidance to endusers on the use of IT systems and applications
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven 24 years of experience as an IT Support Analyst or in a similar technical support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts and technologies (e.g. TCP/IP DNS DHCP)
- Proficiency with common office software and applications (e.g. Microsoft Office G Suite)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- High level of integrity and professionalism
