What will you do As the Finance Manager you will oversee financial analysis activities for HealthTrust sourcing initiatives. This includes managing a team of financial analysts developing costing models and providing strategic financial insights. Reporting to the Director of Finance you will play a pivotal role in shaping sourcing strategies and ensuring financial rigor in decisionmaking processes.

• Manage and lead a team of financial analysts.
• Develop processes and methodologies for financial analysis in contract initiatives.
• Create costing models and support sourcing contract personnel in strategy development.
• Participate in strategic supplier meetings and sourcing strategy sessions.
• Ensure financial processes align with sourcing objectives emphasizing value and risk understanding.
• Communicate analysis results effectively to finance and contract management.
• Prepare executivelevel presentations and financial memos summarizing project valuations.
• Review and enhance financial analysis policies and processes for accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide complex ad hoc financial reports and analyses for HealthTrust leadership.
• Hire train and develop financial staff.
• Assist in rebate and administrative fee projections collections and reporting as required.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders providing feedback and constructive criticism as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What will you need

• Bachelors degree in finance accounting or business.
  
• 10 years of relevant experience in finance or related field.
• Minimum 35 years of experience in finance leadership roles.
• Must successfully complete a 2hour Excel test/assessment
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Advanced analytical skills with attention to detail and strategic thinking capability
• Expertise in MS Excel (Power Query Power Pivot) Power BI SQL or Teradata and Alteryx preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills especially in executivelevel interactions.
• Strong organizational abilities and selfmotivation
• Proficiency in MS Word MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook desired
