Systems Analyst

Job Description:

As a Systems Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing designing and implementing information systems to improve business efficiency and productivity. You will collaborate with various departments to identify system requirements develop solutions and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through information technology solutions.
• Gather and document system requirements from stakeholders and users.
• Design and develop system specifications and solutions that meet business needs.
• Collaborate with developers IT staff and external vendors to implement and test systems.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues providing technical support to endusers as needed.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure compliance with requirements and standards.
• Develop and maintain documentation for systems including user manuals and technical guides.
• Assist in training endusers on new systems and applications.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend enhancements and improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven 2 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business processes and system analysis and design.
• Proficiency in system development methodologies and tools.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with database management SQL and programming languages is a plus.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CBAP CSBA) are a plus.
