Archer GRC Developer
Location: Remote Position.

About the Role:
The T Rowe Price Corporate Tehnology Team is looking for an Archer GRC Developer to join their team! This team is managing and creating a governance risk and compliance solution for multiple business lines at T. Rowe Price. This candidate will play a pivotal role in new development enhancements management and adminsitration of their Archer GRC Platform. This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door of one of the most succesfull asset management companies globally. In addition this is a long term initiative with potential to convert full time if there is mutual interest.

Responsibilities:
5 years of experience in Archer GRC platform.
Expertise in developing ODAs and core solutions customization.
Experience in installing Packages for production deployments.
Experience working with core components of Archer development such as Access Management (i.e. Role/Groups/Record Permissions) Forms/sub forms/Applications/questionnaires Fields/Layouts Data Driven Events Advanced Workflow Data Feeds APIs Notifications Calculated Fields Cross reference Mail Merge Data Imports iViews Dashboards Reports Value Lists etc.
Partnering with vendor support on troubleshooting upgrades and maintenance activities.
Demonstrates strong logic and reasoning capabilities.
Ability to collaborate with rest of the team and addressing Archer specific solutions in the team.
You identify system/process/data impacts (upstream and downstream) and propose appropriate alternatives or remediation options highlighting tradeoffs when necessary.
Extensive experience interfacing with clients and stakeholders.
Working knowledge of agile best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with nontechnical audiences.
Archer API knowledge is a plus.
Prior experience in the Financial Services and Asset Management industries is a Plus.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a technical field such as computer science computer engineering or related field required
810 years experience required
A solid foundation in computer science with strong competencies in data structures algorithms and software design
large systems software design and development experience
Experience performing indepth troubleshooting and unit testing with both new and legacy production systems
experience in programming and experience with problem diagnosis and resolution
