VT - Home Health RN - OASIS experience required - Dayshift

Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for an RN Home Health. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Newport VT 05855

Assignment Start Date: 7/29/2024

13 weeks Days 8hour shift 40 hours per week guaranteed

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• Must have OASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set) Experience
• Home Health and Hospice Experience required
• Experience traveling from patient to patient for home visits is preferred
• Must be able to manage and adjust to changes in schedule
• Must have drivers license in good standing

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• Current VT State license RN License is required
• Current BLS/BCLS is required

EMR System: HealthWyse (Casamba) experience preferred

Shift: Monday Friday (8 am5 pm)

Weekends: Some weekend coverage is required

Call: Some calls may be scheduled but only on an emergency basis

** The facility does its own Background Check as well
