Job Description

Position Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented QA/QC Manager to join Woolperts team on a longterm contract basis.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience with Cityworks AMS and will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality and compliance of all project deliverables.
  • This role offers a hybrid work environment combining remote work with onsite responsibilities in Austin Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop implement and maintain quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) processes and procedures.
  • Oversee and coordinate QA/QC activities to ensure compliance with project requirements standards and regulations.
  • Utilize Cityworks AMS to manage monitor and report on project quality metrics and performance.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues and nonconformities.
  • Collaborate with project teams stakeholders and contractors to resolve qualityrelated issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present detailed QA/QC reports and documentation to senior management and clients.
  • Provide training and support to team members on QA/QC best practices and Cityworks AMS functionalities.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of QA/QC processes and contribute to the development of quality standards and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with Cityworks AMS.
  • Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. Engineering Construction Management Quality Management) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of managing QA/QC activities in largescale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies standards and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using QA/QC tools and software including Cityworks AMS.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in the public sector or with municipal projects.
  • Familiarity with asset management and maintenance practices.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
