Responsibilities:

• Implementing and configuring monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace/New Relic/Datadog/Splunk Prometheus Grafana ELK stack (Elasticsearch Logstash Kibana) to collect store and analyze telemetry data.
• Collecting processing and analyzing metrics from various sources to gain insights into system performance resource utilization and application behaviour.
• Managing centralized logging solutions to collect store and analyze log data generated by applications and systems for troubleshooting debugging and compliance purposes.
• Configuring and managing distributed tracing systems to trace requests across microservices architectures and identify performance bottlenecks and latency issues.
• Designing and configuring ing mechanisms to notify relevant stakeholders about system and application issues setting up thresholds and defining escalation policies.
• Optimizing monitoring and observability solutions for performance scalability and costeffectiveness including tuning retention policies data storage and query performance.
• Implementing security monitoring solutions to detect and respond to security threats and vulnerabilities including setting up anomaly detection rules and integrating with security incident response processes.
• Continuously evaluating and improving observability solutions processes and practices to keep pace with evolving technologies architectures and business needs.
