Job Title : Network Operations Product Manager
Job Type : W2 / C2C / 1099
Experience : 1015 Years
Location : Littleton City Offices CO
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
- Experience in network operations or telecommunications.
- Familiarity with software development and testing processes.
- Certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Strong understanding of BPA NSO Matrix Vitria CNC and TAF tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and sprint management.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to define and track KPIs to measure product success.
- Maintain a prioritized list of features enhancements and bug fixes for Matrix BPO and NSO.
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to provide updates manage expectations and assign features/stories to appropriate backlogs.
- Review and provide feedback on work delivered by the development team during sprint reviews and product demonstrations.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product and identify areas for optimization and improvement
